This radiator has a high gloss cat yellow epoxy finish which helps to protect the steel work in any sort of weather and can also be sent with a stand to have it up right for easy storage and mobility. Oilcooler
suit a Caterpillar 815 and 825 compactor.
Heavy duty plate and bar aluminium construction which
is far more superior then the original tube and fin style due to
turbulator inside tubes allowing maximum heat transfer time in front of cooling
fan and far more robust for hot and cold
expansion allowing tubes not too crack and split at the headerplate.
Overall sizes are 1170mm tank to tank 650mm wide and
40mm thick.

777A dump truck. Fully recored unit with tanks
sandblasted and all steel work inspected for corrosion, pitting and cracks.
Then fully red oxide prime coated before
being painted in Caterpillar yellow with a hardener too strengthen coating.
All reo bars tapped out with new pressure
relief valves on tanks and assemebled to brand new Australian made cores with
high tensile zinc grade nuts and bolts
with genuine gaskets and pressure relief valves. Both units pressure tested
and assembled together ready for transport
anywhere in Australia.
